We work either one of two ways for the custom builds. We will build your custom home on a piece of property that you own, or we can work with you through our contacts to find you an ideal piece of property on which to build. Before any construction begins, we discuss what your budget will be for the project. We then engage a design team which consists of a renowned architect, a site engineer, one of the New York area’s finest landscape architects, an audio/video & lighting consultant and an incredibly knowledgeable and creative interior designer. This enables us to create the best possible home for you, within your budget.

Once a site plan has been created and a home has been designed, we assemble a proposed budget which quantifies every expense that will be incurred on the project. This budget is kept on our website and can be accessed by you (and only you) at any time. When we undertake a project, we do everything possible to make sure our client is satisfied.
